Aqualens Sphere Fountains in the UK

Allison Armour displayed her first Aqualens Sphere Fountain as the centerpiece of her award-winning “garden of reflection” at the 2000 Chelsea Garden Show. Since then, Allison has sold and installed sphere fountains at restaurants, universities, corporate campuses, stores, and private residences all over the United Kingdom and the world.

Aqualens sphere fountains are available in a variety of sizes and configurations, and are designed to work well in both indoor and outdoor settings. As the globe in the fountain reflects it’s surroundings, Aqualens garden fountains enhance both modern and traditional garden settings.

While Aqualens fountains appear to be constructed using glass globes, the beautiful clear spheres are actually made of either free blown or bonded acrylic for longevity and durability.

Allison Armour’s famed Aqualens Sphere Fountain is a popular item with hotels, restaurants, museums and stores that are looking to enhance their aesthetics as well as private clients who want to bring the natural beauty of these gleaming glass ball fountains into their home or garden.

Allison’s garden fountains and sculptures showcase the equilibrium that exists between the living and nonliving worlds. While the elements of these stainless steel sculptures will stand the test of time, their reflections will change as mother nature takes her course.

Details

The Aqualens fountain is a 60cm sphere, filled and overflowing with water from a concealed pump. The orb is set on a circular stainless steel platform, which in turn is set in a 1.5 metre diameter stainless steel dish. The dish can be dug into a lawn, or set on a terrace or other firm level surface as the pool has a fitted collar so it sits level.

Options

The 3 standard size Aqualens sphere fountains are 1.2 metres, 1.5 metres, and 2 metres but I can make any size dish and sphere and customize it in a variety of ways. It can also be made to overflow into another pool.
