Double Cs

Double Cs are two C-shaped half cylinders in thin stainless steel. Each C is 6 feet (1.8m) high and 5 feet (1.5m) diameter. They are set on a 5.25 foot (1.6m) square stainless steel base.

These are all about the roller coaster ride that life takes you on. All the images that are reflected in the Cs are turned into something completely different. You no longer know what’s up or down. The shapes are so simple and complete in themselves, and yet so unexpected.

I love mirror polished stainless steel, it is so sensual and glamorous at the same time. Virtually any shape looks fabulous when made out of this sumptuous substance – and my Cs are no exception!
